A 30-minute ASMR-inspired retreat designed for fast yet deep relaxation of the scalp, neck, and shoulder area. The treatment includes scalp massage, gentle neck and shoulder work, a warming steam eye mask, jade eye stones, and soft comb and brush techniques. These elements help calm the nervous system, reduce mental tension, and promote a sense of deep rest. The experience is personalized with a chosen scent, crystal, mantra, and a short breathing exercise, and concludes with a small, thoughtful gift to gently close the ritual.
