1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Hungary: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

YU UNLOCK is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
YU UNLOCK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on destination regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly.
