Important Information & Contraindications
Massage is a wellness-focused, well-being-enhancing experience. In certain conditions, however it is not recommended, or may only be suitable with medical approval.
When is massage not recommended?
Circulation
Serious circulatory or thrombotic conditions, thrombosis, bleeding disorders, severe cardiovascular conditions
Implants
Pacemaker
Bone Health
Advanced osteoporosis
Medical Procedures
Recent surgery, following vaccination
Metabolic Health
Severe diabetes, gallstones or kidney stones
Serious Conditions
Severe or untreated medical conditions, cancer-related conditions
Skin Conditions
Skin conditions affecting the treated area
Pregnancy
Massage during pregnancy requires special consideration. Massage is generally not recommended during the first trimester or in the later stages of pregnancy. During the middle stage of pregnancy, only certain areas may be addressed, depending on individual circumstances. Medical approval is recommended prior to booking.

Guests are responsible for informing the practitioner of any health conditions that may be relevant prior to the session.

Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your YU Relax appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment once, subject to availability.
Arrival should be no more than 5 minutes before the start of the appointment time.
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments, or late arrivals made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original scheduled time.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of unexpected technical issues or extraordinary circumstances, a new appointment will be arranged through mutual agreement.

House Rules – Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misconduct
Yu Relax provides massage services exclusively for wellness and wellbeing purposes. Sexual services, erotic massage, or sexual contact are not provided under any circumstances.
Guests must respect the massage therapist’s personal boundaries, dignity, and the professional nature of the service.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

requesting, offering, or implying sexual services;

making sexual comments or gestures;

masturbation, indecent exposure, or any unwanted sexual behaviour;

touching the massage therapist without consent or engaging in any other harassing behaviour.
If these rules are violated, Yu Relax may immediately stop the treatment, ask the guest to leave the premises, and refuse any future bookings.
Where the conduct may constitute a legal violation or suspected criminal offence, Yu Relax reserves the right to preserve available evidence and take appropriate legal and/or official action, including filing a police report.
