YU Safe Space Circle - Online
The YU Safe Space Circle is a small-group, online gathering created to provide a safe and judgment-free space where we can reconnect with ourselves and with others. These sessions take place in groups of a maximum of 4-5 people, allowing every participant to truly have space for presence, sharing, and inner connection.
The Safe Space Circle is not therapy and not coaching. It is a supportive community space where you can slow down, release inner tension, and be genuinely present without needing to perform or meet expectations.
Through conversation, simple breathing and body-awareness practices, and mindful connection, the sessions are designed to support a calmer and clearer inner state.
One of the most powerful parts of the circle is realizing that you are not alone in what you feel.
Very often, when we hear other people’s stories, emotions, or inner struggles, we begin to understand that others are going through similar experiences too. And something inside us starts to shift. Our own burdens may no longer feel quite as overwhelming. It becomes easier to accept ourselves. Easier to allow our emotions to exist without shame. And slowly, we begin to feel that we no longer have to carry everything alone. The purpose of the circle is not to “fix” anyone.

The small group size helps create deeper connection, trust, and intimacy, while allowing each participant to show up at their own pace.
The YU Safe Space Circle is for people who:

want to slow down and reconnect with themselves,

long for a real, honest, and supportive community space,

want to step out of constant survival mode and pressure.
Guidelines to help create a safe, calm, and supportive experience during your YU Safe Space Session: Please read the following guidelines before our session begins.
Creating Your Space please make sure you join the session from a:
Private and quiet environment I Place where you feel safe and comfortable I Space where you will not be interrupted during the session.
This time is for you. Giving yourself an undisturbed environment helps you fully immerse yourself in the process and allows the session to flow with more presence and ease.
Devices & Connection You may join the session using:
Zoom I Skype I Google Meet I or another agreed online platform.
Please ensure before the session that:

your internet connection is stable,

your device is charged or plugged in,
-
your microphone and camera are working properly,
-
headphones are recommended for better privacy and focus.
During the Session to help maintain a grounded and supportive atmosphere, please:

arrive a few minutes early,
-
silence notifications if possible,
-
avoid multitasking during the session,
-
allow yourself to be fully present.
You are never required to share more than you feel comfortable sharing.

It is not therapy, psychological counseling, or emergency mental health support.
